Our On-Site Training Programs

Black Hills CPR Institute provides professional, instructor-led training through both the American Heart Association (AHA) and the American Red Cross. We offer flexible training options to meet the needs of individuals, businesses, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.

Available Training Programs:

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS): CPR, AED, and team-based resuscitation skills for healthcare professionals and first responders.

• AHA CPR & AED Training: Lifesaving CPR and AED skills for workplace and community responders.

• American Red Cross CPR/AED & First Aid: Adult, child, and infant emergency-response training, including blended learning options.

• Blended Learning Skills Sessions: Complete the required online coursework before attending an instructor-led, hands-on skills session.

• Bloodborne Pathogens Training: Workplace education covering exposure prevention, safety practices, and response procedures.

• Workplace & Group Training: Customized training arrangements for businesses, schools, churches, healthcare facilities, and community organizations.

Certification & Course Completion

Students who successfully complete an eligible certification course receive the appropriate American Heart Association or American Red Cross course completion credential, depending on the program selected.

Most standard CPR, AED, First Aid, and BLS course completion credentials are valid for two years.
